- Managed, reviewed, and performed daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Ads using ADBUTLER and E-commerce Ads for a variety of clients.
- Maintained and monitored keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Provided recommendations and executed strategies to improve the Performance of the campaigns.
- Provided oversight, managed, and generated weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, CTR and revenue tracking.

- Promptly respond to negative comments, feedbacks, redressing complaints within client’s specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with the brand worthwhile
- Create brand awareness by primary means of addressing user queries and maintaining the brand reputation by changing the perception of people online
- Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages
